Each order is created specifically for each couple. Please get in touch if you would like to place an order and I will be in touch with a custom quote for you. Be sure to include which items you require, how many and which collection you would like.
Can I order samples?
Of course – sometimes you just need to see and feel things in real life! A sample pack includes a range of designs (please let me know if there is a specific collection you are interested in) and the additional extras which makes your stationery extra special such as; envelope liners, belly bands and envelope stickers! Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order in terms of which items you want, you can order just Save the Dates or just name places if you’d like. However, there is a minimum order of 20 items.
How long does the process take?
The turnaround time for Save the Dates and invitations is 3-6 weeks, this completely depends on how many amends are required. For On the Day stationery I allow 6-8 weeks for turnaround.
I can turn around orders pretty quickly so if you have a tight deadline please do get in touch and I will see what I can do!
What can I customise?
All of my House Collections are customisable enabling you to change the colours and wording to suit your day. If the changes are more complex than those mentioned above there will be a small design fee.
Can I see a proof of my stationery?
Of course! All quotes include digital PDF proofs and all amends. Physical samples are offered for a fee.
Can I order more invitations at a later date?
This is possible however it is significantly more expensive to order more at a later date as printing is costly for a small run. I’d strongly recommend ordering spares with your initial order.

What are the payment terms?
I require a 50% deposit to be paid to get booked in. The balance is then due on sign off of designs before the items are sent to print. The deposit is non-refundable, unless the order is cancelled by myself. I cannot guarantee any order until the deposit is paid. Stationery will only be sent to print once the final balance is paid.
