This privacy policy sets out how Abbie Worton, uses and protects any information that you give when you use this company.
This privacy policy has been prepared in line with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which promotes fairness and transparency for all individuals in respect of their personal data. This privacy policy applies to all data we process, and by using Abbie Worton you consent to our collection and use of such data.

I will only collect personal information necessary to complete your order, including:

WHAT DO I DO WITH YOUR DATA?
The data provided is only ever used to create and fulfil your stationery order. I may use your email address to send a follow up email after your wedding for a testimonial or any images you may like to share but I don’t send out mailers so you won’t be bombarded from me!
I keep one physical and digital sample of each clients work for photographing, portfolio and marketing purposes. They may be used on my website and social media channels, taken to wedding fairs or shown at client consultations or in sample packs. I will not use anything with your home address on. If you do not want me to use your designs for any future marketing, please let me know.
WHO SEES YOUR DATA?
As a one-woman band, I am the only person who will be dealing with your personal information. Your data will be shared with my printing and shipping partners who have a legal obligation to keep your data safe and secure.
HOW LONG IS YOUR INFORMATION KEPT ON FILE?
Once your job is complete, it will be archived by me but your information will still be accessible on my computer up to a year after the job completes. After a year your details will be permanently deleted. This includes any address, guest lists and wording for your stationery. All emails will be deleted within two years of the final job completing. Invoices and booking confirmations will be kept for 7 years as per tax regulations.

I have put into place suitable physical and electronic safeguards in order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure.
COOKIES
Cookies help me to provide you with a better website and personalise your experience by enabling me to monitor which pages are visited or not. Cookies are small pieces of data that websites send to a user’s computer and are stored on the user’s web browser. They are designed to enable the website to remember information. If you agree, the file is added and the cookie helps analyse web traffic. A cookie does not give any access to your computer or any information about you, other than the data you choose to share with us.

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please email us as soon as possible. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
